1. Login to the WebAPP & Evaluation Tab
First, in order to grade a call as a "Call of Fame" call, you will need to log in to the WebAPP with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557, or by shooting us an email at support@callpotential.com
Once you have successfully logged into the WebAPP, you will want to click the "Evaluation" tab.
2. Grade Call
Once into the Evaluation Tab, you will automatically be brought to the Employee Grades. Here, you will be able to grade calls, and designate which of these calls belong in the "Call of Fame". To learn more about grading calls, see the "Grading Employee Calls" guide.
3. What is a Call of Fame Call?
The Call of Fame is basically a list of all calls handled by your employees, that you feel are perfect enough to be used for training purposes. So calls that you feel could not have gone any better should go here! Once you have found the call that is to be added to the Call of Fame, all you have to do is check the "Call of Fame" box (1), located at the top of the gradesheet window. By checking this box, and then saving the call, it will appear in the Call of Fame for your employees to view and learn from.
4. Call of Fame
Once you have added calls to your Call of Fame, you can access them by clicking the "Call of Fame" sub-tab, located under the "Evaluation" tab. Here, you will be able to view when the call came in, the type of call, the employee that took the call, the location the employee took the call at, as well as the ability to listen to the recording.
