Click on the "Open" button up at the top of the accordion view to expand it.

Next, you will want to find the customer in CallPotential. You can do this by clicking on their name in the collections list (if they are due for a collection event that day), or by searching for them using the little magnifying glass at the top right corner of the accordion view.

Refine your search to cater to the customer that you are looking for. Ensure that the location is correct and the Type is set to Customers. Then, enter the customer's name, unit, or phone number and click the Search button. Once the customer has appeared in the search below, click on the "Open" link next to their name in the View column.

Once you have loaded up the customer's card, navigate to their inventory data, located in the middle of the card, and find the unit that they wish to pay their balance for. Next to that unit, under the "Pay" column, click the Pay link.

After you click pay, the payment window will pop up. Fill out the payment card. You can use previous cards that may be listed on their account, or enter in a new card using the appropriate fields. At the bottom of the pay window, you will see a box to enroll in auto pay. If you would like to enroll the customer in auto pay, simply check the box.

After you have filled out the payment card, scroll down to the bottom of the pop up window and click on the Pay button. Success! You have submitted a payment through CallPotential.
