1. Summary
This report provides you with a list of all the employee self and peer grades that have been stated and/or completed, in the given date range. In addition to the date range, you can filter your data by Location, Employee, Grade, Confirmation Status (if completed), or Call Type! With all reports, you will be able to download the CSV transcript or email it.
2. First two columns
The first two columns will list the employee's name, and the location that they were at for this particular call.
3. Next three columns

The next three columns will let you know display when the call occurredcame in, the ID recording and/or transcription of the call (a clickable link that will take you to the grade page), and the type of call that was graded, as well as the what the call was dispositioned as (ie: lead, customer, etc).
