1. Summary

This report provides you with a list of the grades your employees received on their calls. With all reports, you are able to either download the CSV file, or email the report directly from this screen.

2. Employee column

This column refers to the employees that have received call grades. Each employee will get their own row, so all data to the right pertains to only that employee. By clicking the Employee's name, you will be brought to the Employee Grade Detail report.

3. Next two columns

These two columns provide some detail on the grades that the employee has received, in the given date range. The columns are as follows:
a. # Grades - the total number of calls the employee had graded
b. Avg Grade - the average grade of all the grades the employee has received

4. Remaining columns

The remaining columns list the number of grades the employee received by letter grade (A - F).
