1. Log in to the WebAPP

First, in order to acquire a new tracking number, you will need to log in to the WebAPP. You can do this by navigating to to http://app.callpotential.com and and using your admin login credentials. If you have forgotten your credentials, please contact support at 877-552-2557.
2. Call Tracking
After logging in, you will want to click the "Call Tracking" tab, and then click the orange "New Number" button. This will begin the new number acquisition process.
3. Select the Location
The first step in acquiring a new tracking number is designating which location you are acquiring it for. Simply select the location from the drop down list and then click the "Next" button.
4. Select/Create Ad Source
After you've selected the location for which you wish to acquire the number, you will need to select or create a new ad source for the number. You can select "Create New Ad" to create the new ad, and enter the name and cost for the ad. If you wish to use an existing ad, simply select one from the drop down list, and click next to continue.
5. Search by Area Code
The next screen you are brought to will ask you to specify the Country of your tracking number. After you select the country, you will want to enter the area code so that the system will filter the available numbers to a number that is relevant to your location. If you would prefer to have your number be a Vanity word (ie: 1-800-storage), you can enter a word in the "Vanity Word(s)" box and the system will pull relevant numbers.

6. Acquire the number
After the Available Number list populates, you can select whichever number you wish to acquire from the list and then click the "AcquireNext" button.

7. Setup Number
After grabbing the number you want, a yellow box will pop up titled "Associate Ad to Number". You will then have to set an Ad Source to the number you just acquired. This will be the "source" that new leads come in on, so you will want to name it wisely! If you wish to create a new ad, you can just click "new ad" next to your existing ad drop down (please see "Creating a New Ad" guideyou will want to set up the fine tune settings for the number. The settings will go over the Call Routing rule to be used, the Script card, as well as whether to record inbound calls at that number, and exclude the number from being used in outbound calls (for the caller ID).
7. Save
After assigning the appropriate ad source to the newly acquired tracking number, just scroll over to the other side of the yellow box and click "Save". You have successfully acquired a new tracking numbersetting up the settings for the number, you will click next and be brought to the final Confirmation page. Simply click "SAVE" and the number will have successfully been acquired and set up!
