1. Unable to Transfer the Call
If you are attempting to transfer a call and are unable to, there are a couple of options you are going to want to take:
1. First, try restarting your browser. Log out of the agent interface, and shut down Google Chrome completely. Then, re-launch Google Chrome, re log in, and try to initiate a transfer.
2. If this does not work, try restarting your computer. Google Chrome tends to hold onto a lot of excess information, that won't be cleared until the computer is restarted. This may fix your problem.
If neither of these steps work, please move on to the next step.
