Collections List
All tenants that are scheduled for a manual call/email/text (SMS) will show on the Collections List (A). When the tenant is on the list, the employee will be required to open that record (B) and complete whatever event is scheduled for that tenant.
The type of event will be denoted inside the orange button that shows in the Customer's card (once opened).
