    Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

    • (A) Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.

    • (B) Competitor - The top 3 competitors, in the given date range, which Leads have been lost to, if selected in CallPotential when the manager cancels a Lead.

    • (C) Total Leads - The total number of Leads that have been

      created for the given date range.

    • (D) Leads Lost - The total number of Leads that have been cancelled

      with the Manager indicating Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.
