Step 1
  • After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.

  • Click Competitor Report.

  • Click the icon (A) next to Lead Management: Competitor Report and you'll return to the main account dashboard.
  • The date range selected (B). 
  • Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range.
  • You can download the report by clicking (D).

Location (A) - All locations you have

This report provides an overview of Leads that were lost to your competitors by each location(s).

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

  • (A) Location - All locations listed on your account. Each row contains location-specific data.

Leads
  • (B)

- Total Leads that have been lost.Lost (C) - Number
  •  Competitor - The top 3 competitors, in the given date range, which Leads have been lost to, if selected in CallPotential when the manager cancels a Lead.

  • (C) Total Leads - The total number of Leads that have been

cancelled with the manager selecting Lost to Competitors as the cancellation reason.Competitors
  • created for the given date range.

- Top 3 competitors, in
