The purpose of this guide is

to ensure your StorEdge settings are configured appropriately for a successful integration with CallPotential. Some settings in StorEdge could limit functionality within the CallPotential system specifically if those settings, or corresponding fields, are not available to CallPotential via the StorEdge API.

Note: When you first step up your integration and the CallPotential API has been enabled, the following settings should be in place. Once your settings are complete, proceed to (A).

  • (A) On - Locate Call Center Service - Call Potential and confirm that it is set to "On." If it isn't, click the switch to turn it "On."
