This guide explains where to locate a Lead Type and how to make adjustments. Lead Types may need to be updated throughout the life of the Lead. For example, a Lead can initially be created as an Inquiry and will need to be updated to a Reservation when they want to reserve a unit.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Your Lead Type options may differ from this example as they can be customized by your management team.

Access - Note: Before you can update a Lead Type, you'll first need to access the specific Lead Card. Click here to learn how to do that.

  • (A)Lead Type dropdown - From inside the Lead Card, click the dropdown to access your available Lead Type options.

Select and Save

  • (B)Lead Type - Select the appropriate Lead Type. Note: Your Management team may have created slightly different Lead Type options than what appears here. For more information on creating how system administrators can create custom Lead Types, click here.

  • (C) Save - Click to save your newly selected Lead Type and close the Lead Card.
