The purpose of this

article is to ensure the integration between StorEdge and CallPotential is appropriately set up so that all necessary data can be pulled into CallPotential and pushed from CallPotential to StorEdge.

Note: When you first step up your integration and the CallPotential API has been enabled, the following settings should be in place. Once your settings are complete, proceed to (A).

  • (A) On - Locate Call Center Service - Call Potential and confirm that it is set to "On." If it isn't, click the switch to turn it "On."
