System Variables can be utilized in a script or workflow template in order to customize what is displayed without having to create multiple templates. System Variables
can represent a location name, phone number or unit information.populate data from standard fields in the system. Some fields are record specific, such as lead or tenant first or last name and others are locations specific such as address or website. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to find the list of System Variables.
