This guide explains how to access CallPotential Reports and manipulate what data they show to help gain insights into business trends.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

This information applies to all CallPotential Reports as each report's structure is identical

  • (A) Reports icon - Located in the Left left hand navigation column, click to access the Reports Dashboard.  (B) Report Dashboard - Lists all CallPotential Reports.  Once the Report list loads, click on the name of the report you want to access. Note: Some Reports specific to modules your organization don’t doesn't subscribe to may contain incomplete information.

  • (CB)  Chart Icon Reports - Click to return to the Report Dashboard listing all Reports.

  • (C) Arrow - Click to open the report's (D) Current Date Range - Indicates the date range the Report currently reflects. filter options. Filter settings get applied to all charts in the report. Note: Filter options may be unique to the specific report you are viewing and slightly different than this example.

  • (E) Filters dropdown Column width - Click to access the Refine Results window and a list of filters specific to the report you are viewing.the edge of the column you wish to resize and adjust either wider or narrower.

  • (F)Export Sort - Click to download the Report to your computer for easy sharing with relevant stakeholders.

  • (G) Date Range dropdown - Located in all Reports, click to select standard data ranges. 
  • (H) Custom Date Range - Use Start Date and End Date to filter by a customized date range.
  • (I) Report-specific filtering options - Use further filtering tools that are specific to individual Reports.
  • (J) Clear All Filters - Click to clear all Report filters.
  • (K) Apply Filters - Click to update Report data based on your selected filters.

  • (L) Column title - Most columns allow the user to click the column title 1 time to sort by alphanumeric order. Click the column title 2 times to sort by reverse alphanumeric order. Click the column title 3 times to return the sorting to the original order.

  • the column's title to access sorting options. Options include ascending or descending numerical order or alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.

Note: Click anywhere in the report's white area to access options (G) & (H).

  • (G) Expand chart - This will remove other charts in the report in order to make space for the expanded report. Click again to restore the chart's original size and view other charts in the report.

  • (H) Export - Click to export individual charts within the report. Exporting options include CSV or Excel files.

  • (I)Unpin Totals for Rows - When totals are unpinned, they are only visible at the bottom of the report instead of always showing as you scroll up and down.

  • (J)Undo - Click to undo a specific action(s). You are able to undo several past actions.

  • (K)Redo - Click to redo a specific action(s). You are able to redo several actions.

  • (L)Reset - Click to clear all filters, sorts, and adjustments to the column width.
