Step 1After logging in as an Administrator, click Reports.

Step 2 - Click Rate Adjustment Audit Report.

Step 3 - Click the icon (A) next to Lead Management: Rate Adjustment Audit and you’ll be brought back to Step 2. The date range selected (B). Use the filter option (C) to narrow your report, including updating the date range. You can export the report to another program by clicking (D).

Explanation

Information can be filtered by clicking the 3 lines in the respective column.

Location (A) - Location the Lead exists.

Name (B) - Lead whose rate was changed.

Unit Size (C) - Aize of the unit.

Unit Type (D) - Type of the unit.

Special (E) - Special applied to the unit.

Standard Rate (F) - Standard rate of the unit prior to manager adjustments.

Adjusted Rate (G) - Rate of the unit after manager adjustments.

Discount (H) - % discount the Lead is receiving on the rate adjustment.

Employee (I) - Employee who made the rate adjustment.

Link (J) - Provides a link to open the Lead Card.

This report provides managers an opportunity to analyze the number of move-ins being processed through CallPotential.

Note

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates.

  • (A) Location - The location where the rental was done for.

  • (B) Move-In Transaction Date - The date the move-in payment was taken.

  • (C) Moved-In By User - The employee who processed the transaction.

  • (D) Payment Method - How the Customer paid for the unit.

  • (E) Auto Payment Enrolled - This indicates if the Customer opted for auto-pay.

  • (F) Unit - The unit that was rented.

  • (G) Customer Name - The name of the Customer who rented the unit.

  • (H) Tenant ID - This is the Tenant's unique identifier in your management software. 

  • (I) Ledger ID - This is the unique ID associated with the unit the Customer rented. If a Customer has multiple units, they will have one Ledger ID for each of their units.

  • (J) Lead ID - This is the Lead in which the rental was completed from.

  • (K) Payment Amount - This is the amount the Customer paid during the move-in process.
