The CallPotential system allows you to text Leads and Customers. This guide explains how to adjust the setting related to text permission and opt out.

You must be

signed into

signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and adjust text opt-out settings.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

Adjust Settings

  • (C) Disable appending unsubscribe text to sms checkbox - Leave unchecked if you want an unsubscribe message to appear at the end of all outbound text messages. Click the checkbox to remove the unsubscribe message from outbound text messages. Note: Checking this box just removes the message reminder in the text message. Recipients are still able to reply STOP to unsubscribe to text messages.

  • (D) Confirm SMS consent for new leads checkbox - Click to

    force users to confirm they’ve asked a new Lead for text consent before initially saving the Lead card.
  • (E) Send Opt In for new leads checkbox - Note: This only appears if Confirm SMS consent for new leads is checked. Click to automatically send an “Opt In” confirmation via text message to all new Leads.

    require text permission to be selected/confirmed for all new leads in order to enable texting . If this functionality is not selected, text functionality for all new leads is automatically enabled.
