How do I get started?

  1. Confirm your internet speed meets our requirements.

  2. Let your CallPotential Customer Service Manager (CSM) know that you would like to implement CallPotential VoIP as part of your phone configuration. Your CSM will ensure everything is set up on our end to activate your VoIP service.

  3. Order compatible phone equipment. For a list of compatible VoIP phones, click here.

  4. Complete the initial phone set-up, following the applicable guide below.
