1. Inactive Reasons
When you are away from the office, on lunch, or running errands, you will need to set your status as inactive, and select a reason. Pictured above is how the inactive reason box should look. If when you click on the activity button (red arrow), and there is nothing on the list, then this means that the administrator on the account has not added any inactive reasons. You will have to inquire with them about getting inactive reasons added to the list.
NOTE: If your administrator does not know how to set this up, have them contact customer support so we can get this set up for them.
