How to pull up old calls that have already been processed in CallPotential

1. Log in to the WebAPP
Navigate to the WebAPP at app.callpotential.com and log in.
2. Call Details tab
Under the Employee tab, click on the "Call Details" tab.
3. Navigate through the Calls
You can change the number of calls to display per page, and cycle through each page using the navigation tools at the top right corner of the Call Details table.
4. Sort the Data
You can sort the data in each column by clicking on the column headers (ie: nearest date, length, type, etc.).
5. Listen to the Recording
You can listen to the recording of the call you are looking for by clicking on the "Recording" link next to the call. This will download an MP3 file and play right on your desktop.
6. Create/View the Card
To disposition this call, you can select the "Create Lead" link underneath the Create/View column.
7. Disposition the call
From here, you disposition the call exactly as you would an unprocessed call. Select one of the three, add notes, and save the card!
