How to followup with a lead that is not on your Followup List

1. Expand the Accordion View

Click on the "Open" button at the top of the accordion view.

2. Click the Search button

Click on the little magnifying glass at the top right corner of the expanded accordion view to initiate a search.

3. Search for your lead and Open the card

Search for the lead using the search field, or by scrolling down to see your leads. Then, click on the "Open" link under the Status column.

NOTE: if you set the Type field to "Leads", all of your active leads will be displayed below.

4. Select your Name

Select your name off the Employee dropdown before making the call.

5. Start Followup Call

Click on the "Start Followup Call" button at the top left corner of the lead card.

6. Answer your phone

After clicking the "Start Followup Call" button, your office phone will ring. You just have to pick it up and press 1 to be connected to the customer. Your phone will then start ringing to the lead's phone.

7. Add your note

Add a note that is relevant to the context of the call, so you have some information on what transpired when you last spoke with this lead.

8. Success!

Scroll down to the bottom of the lead card and click the Save button at the bottom right side of the screen. After you save, you have successfully completed an unscheduled followup call!
