1. Expand the Accordion View
Click on the "Open" button on the top of the accordion view.
2. Click the Search button
Click the little magnifying glass at the top right corner of the accordion view to initiate a search.
3. Fill out the Search fields
Enter the appropriate Location name, Type (lead or customer), and enter in the customer's name, phone, or unit number. Be sure to check the "Include Inactive" box to show cancelled leads.
4. Open the lead card
Find the lead you are searching for in the list, and then click on the "Cancelled" link under the Status column.
5. Change the Status
After the lead card loads up, go to the Status field at the top right corner of the lead card, and click the dropdown menu. Select "Active" off the list.
6. Follow the Prompts
Click OK to change the status of this lead to Active.
7. Success!
The lead has been marked as active!
