Click on the Open button on the top of the accordion view.

First, select the correct location from the first dropdown menu. Then, make sure the type is set to Leads. Finally, Check the box for the "Include Inactive" field.

4. Search for the cancelled lead

Type in the leads phone number, unit, or customer name in the appropriate fields above and click the Search button.

5. Open the lead's card

Click the "Cancelled" next to the leads name under the Status column.
