1. Click the Call Pop

When a new call comes in, click on the call pop in order to disposition the call. Alternatively, if you miss the call, you can pull up the call from the Unprocessed List.

2. Mark this call as a New Lead

When prompted, mark this call as a new lead to begin to create the lead card for this caller.

3. Fill out the Lead Card

Fill the lead card out with all the appropriate information. You will want as much fields on this card filled out as possible, so you have access to all forms of contact with this lead going forward.

NOTE: Make sure you select your name off the Employee dropdown box!

4. Select Inventory

Scroll down to the middle of the lead card and select the unit size they are looking for. If they are just inquiring, set the reservation type to Inquiry and just select a unit size. If they wish to reserve a unit, set the reservation type to Reservation and use the "select" link next to the unit size to select a unit off the inventory list.

5. Save

After you have entered all of the lead information, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the save button, and your new lead has been created from a call!

NOTE: Any required fields that you miss will be brought to your attention when you attempt to save with a popup "Correct Errors" box.
