CallPotential offers VoIP service as a simple solution in configuring your phones to use our Lead Manager services. While it is not a requirement for implementing our services, it is often an easier option than working with your phone company and typically saves you money as compared to traditional landline business service. Lead Manager requires all of your customer dialed lines to connect to the CallPotential system. In order to do this, you your customer dialed lines must be ported (moved) or forwarded to CallPotential. We then need a unique number/line at the location where we can send the calls to be answered at the location. CallPotential VoIP can be the simple solution for this unique location line.

The standard cost for CallPotential VoIP is $25/month per location. This price includes up to 5 phones/line and can typically save you money over traditional landline business phone servicelines.
