Please note some users and/or options may not be available depending on what modules you are currently signed up for.

Roles

  • Administrator - This role has complete, unrestricted access to all features and settings in CallPotential
  • Manager - This role has the ability to create employees. Also has elevated access to other functions not available to subordinate roles.
  • Call Center Agent -This role has access to the Agent Dashboard.
  • Employee - This role has the ability to interact with leads and customers. Also has access to grading and reports.
  • Evaluator - Has access to grading and reports.
