- Remote into their computer
- Have the user open CallPotential support or Teamviewer and send the 9 digit ID number
- If they do not have it, use this link: http://download.callpotential.com/support.exe
- Access the Firewall Settings
- Open the Control Panel
- Type in "Firewall" to the search
- Click "Windows Firewall"
- Click Advanced Settings on the left side
- Open the Control Panel
- Create exceptions in the Firewall for the appropriate ports
- Click Inbound Rules
- Click "New Rule.." on the right side
- Select Port and click Next
- Check TCP and Specific local ports: "9001,9002". Click Next
- Check Allow the connection, click Next
- Click Next again
- Enter in the name: "CP TCP". Click Finish
- Click "New Rule.." again
- Select Port and click Next
- Check UDP and Specific local ports: "9001,9002". Click Next
- Check Allow the connection, click Next
- Click Next again
- Enter in the name: "CP UDP". Click Finish
- Click Outbound Rules
- Click "New Rule.." on the right side
- Select Port and click Next
- Check TCP and Specific local ports: "9001,9002". Click Next
- Check Allow the connection, click Next
- Click Next again
- Enter in the name: "CP TCP". Click Finish
- Click "New Rule.." again
- Select Port and click Next
- Check UDP and Specific local ports: "9001,9002". Click Next
- Check Allow the connection, click Next
- Click Next again
- Enter in the name: "CP UDP". Click Finish
- Click Inbound Rules
