1. Incoming Call

 


In order to use the Lead Lookup tool to tie a call to an existing Lead or Customer on your Account, you will first want to pull the call up. If it is an incoming call, simply click the call pop to launch the Splash screen. If it is from an Unprocessed call, click on the call from your Unprocessed list to load the Splash screen.

After accessing the Splash screen, you will see a box at the bottom right corner of the screen, that will list all leads and customers on your account that share information with this caller. To open up the caller's customer or lead card from this call, simply click the "open" link, and you will begin to merge the caller with the existing account.

From here, the lead card will automatically load for you at the appropriate location. Then, you can make changes to the card, and save. That completes using the lead lookup tool to merge an incoming lead call with an existing lead!
