1. Search for the Customer
First, in order to remove a number or email from a customer's account, you will need to find the customer in CallPotential. In order to do that, expand the Accordion menu on the right side of the screen and click the magnifying glass. This will load the search page.
2. Open the Customers Account
Next, you will want to search for your customer. Make sure that the "Type" field is set to Customers, so that you are searching the right database. Then, you can search by either name, unit number, or phone number. After clicking search, the customer will pop up on the list below. Simply click the "Open" button, located all the way to the right of the customer, and the customer's account will open up.
3. Expand Numbers/Email list
Once you have accessed the customers account, you will see several buttons at the top of the page, including "Start Call" and "Send Email". In order to remove a number that was previously added to this tenant's account, you are going to want to click the little drop down arrow on the right side of the "Start Call" button. If you wish to remove an email that was previously added, you will click the drop down arrow on the right side of the "Send Email" button.
Once the drop down menu comes up and displays the numbers that were added to the account, simply locate the number you wish to remove, and click the "Del" link to the right of it.
4. Success
After clicking the "Del" link, the number has been successfully removed from the customer's account. All you have to do is click OK on the pop up window that confirms the number being removed!
