1. Wrong Password
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to log in to the WebAPP, you can reset your password yourself without having to reach out to support! Simply follow the next steps, and you will be able to reset your password and get back into CallPotential.
2. Forgot Password
First, you are going to want to click the "Forgot Password?" link, located directly below the Login button. This will take you into the password reset form.
3. Reset Password
Next, you are going to want to enter your account email, and then click the "Reset My Password" button. Please note, that your account email has to be a valid email in order for this to work. If your email is NOT valid, you will have to reach out to support to reset your password. Skip to Step 5 to learn more about how to contact support.
4. Check Email
After clicking the Reset password button, an email will be automatically generated and sent to your accounts email. Once you receive the message indicating that your email has been sent, please allow 5 minutes for the email to show up in your inbox.
5. Temporary Password and Login
After your email shows up in your inbox, you will receive the temporary password to access your account. You can use this and then change the password after you log in. To learn more about this, see the "Change your password" guide.
