How to add a new employeeset up new Reason's for no longer needing storage

1. Login to the WebAPP & Advanced Dashboard
First, in order to set up your new reason's that leads no longer need storage, you will need to log in the WebAPP with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557. After successfully logging in, you will want to click the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab.
2. Reason No Longer Needed link
Next, you will want to open up the Reason No Longer Needed page. To do this, you will have to locate the "Miscellaneous Setup" section in the Advanced Dashboard, and then click the "Reason No Longer Needed" link below.
3. New
Once you are into the Setup page, you will have a few options to choose from. For existing manually-created reasons, you will have the ability to edit them (by clicking the "Edit" link on the far right side), or delete them completely (by checking the box to the left of the reasons you wish to remove, and then clicking the "Delete" button"). Additionally, you can create a new reason all together by clicking the "New" button. For this example, we will be creating a new reason.
4. Select API Information
After clicking the New button, a yellow drop down box will show up for you to fill out. You are going to want to fill out the form in full, starting with the API information. You will have a few options to choose from:
1. SiteLink - SiteLink reason's will be loaded automatically via the API, so you will not need to use this one
2. CenterShift - CenterShift reason's can be added via this form, but you will also need to provide the API ID
3. Other - Other refers to any other API type, as well as non-integrated
5. Enter Reason & Save
After you have selected the appropriate API Type and API ID, you will then be ready to create your reason. Simply enter your reason into the "Description" box, and then click the "Save" button. You have now successfully created your new reason for no longer needing storage.
