How to Restrict Managers from being able to edit Call Grades

1. Login to the WebAPP & Advanced Dashboard
First, in order to make it so that Managers do not have the ability to edit already graded calls, you will need to log in to the WebAPP. You can do this by navigating to http://app.callpotential.com and logging in with your Administrator credentials. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can reach out to support at 877-552-2557.
Once you have successfully logged in to the WebAPP, you will want to click on the "Advanced Dashboard" sub-tab.
2. Restrict Manager Ability to Edit Grades
After accessing the Advanced Dashboard, you will want to find a link titled "Restrict Manager Ability to edit Grades", underneath Employees. This will load a pop up window for you to switch the settings.
3. Save Settings
Once you have loaded the pop up window, simply check or un-check the box to toggle the Manager's ability to edit already graded calls.
