1. Performance Manager: Overview
The Performance manager offers you a chance to view calls that your managers make, and grade them (and their location) based on their call performance! Easily monitor and train your employees in order to ensure top sales.
2. Create Gradesheets
First things first, you will create your very own gradesheet that you will use to grade locations and employees. These are completely customizable; You can include any criteria that you feel is important when your employees are on the phone with customers.
3. Build Call of Fame
Eventually, as you you work through grading your calls, you will notice some calls that really stand out. These calls can best be used as a tool to train other employees on how they should model ALL their calls, so that is what we have done with the Call of Fame. Any call you mark for the Call of Fame will appear here, for your employees to review and train for a better call going forward!
