The first three columns will give you insight on the call that came in. The columns, from left to right, are as follows:
a. CallID - the ID of the call (each call will have a unique ID)
b. Type - the type of call (ie: customer, non-lead, cancelled lead, payment, etc)
c. Ad Source - the ad (tracking number) that the call came in on
3. Next three columns
The next three columns give a bit more detail on the calls that came in. The columns are as follows:
a. Customer - the name of the customer who called in
b. Date/Time - the date and time of this particular call
c. Location - the location the call came into
4. Next four columns
The next four columns are as follows:
a. Employee - the name of the employee who handled the call (default user means the system handled the call automatically)
b. Duration - the duration of the call
c. Tracking # - the number that the customer dialed on this particular call
d. Caller Number - the customer's phone number that they called from
5. Last two columns
The last two columns contain clickable links. They are as follows:
a. Play - by clicking the "play" link in this column, you can listen to the call
b. Create/View - by clicking the "Create Lead" or "View Lead" link in this column, you can create a new lead off this call, or open the existing leads/customers card
