If you find that unit types aren’t showing in CallPotential, use this guide to confirm your SSM settings are correct.

Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to view the user menu.

  • (B) Administration - Click here. Note: You must be signed into SSM as an administrator to see this option.

Select a Facility

  • (C) Facility - Click to open additional facility settings.

  • (D) Facility Info - Click to open your facility list where you can select and edit a specific facility.

  • (E) Facility - From your list of facilities, select the one that is not showing a unit type in CallPotential.

Select & Enable the Unit Type

  • (F) Additional Options - Along the top option banner, click the 3 dots to access additional options.

  • (G) Type - Select Type.

  • (H) Unit Type - Select the unit type from the list that isn’t showing in CallPotential.

  • (I) Do Not Display for Online Reservations - Make sure this setting is not selected. This will allow the unit type to appear for Reservations in CallPotential.

Save Your Changes

  • (J) Save - With your configurations updated, click to save them.
