CallPotential requires the facility ID to properly integrate with location data from StorEdge. This guide walks you through were to find this information in StorEdge.
Access Your Integrated Facility List
(A) Corporate - Click to open your Corporate dashboard.
(B) Settings - Click to open your Settings dashboard.
(C) Facility Info - Click to access your list of facilities.
Access Your Facility IDs
(D) Edit - You will need to click (D) Edit for every integrated facility that you want an ID. Proceed to (E) for the facility ID and then repeat this step to access a different facility ID.
(E) Facility ID - This is the last 32 characters of the URL. Highlight what appears after facility-info/. You will need to repeat (D) to access another facility and then this step for every CallPotential integrated facility. Note: In addition to providing CallPotential the facility IDs, please ensure CallPotential has been given access rights to them as well. For more information on providing access rights, click here.
