Call routes in your account dictate the call path or caller experience when someone calls/connects to one of your CallPotential tracking lines. Call routes can be assigned uniquely to individual locations or tracking lines. This guide explains how to archive and activate them.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

You must be signed into CallPotential's web version as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and archive or activate a call route.

Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to access all your available administrative settings.

  • (B) Call Routes - Click to access the full list of Active and Archived call routes.

Archive Route(s) - Note: It is only possible to archive up to 5 call routes at once.

  • Select Route - Click the (C) individual checkbox for the specific route(s) you wish to archive. Note: It is not possible to archive a call route while it is currently associated with a location or tracking number or while marked as the default route. Click here for more information on creating call routes and making them default for a location.

  • (D) Archive - Click to archive the selected route(s). This becomes enabled once a route(s) has been selected.

Activate Route(s) - Note: It is only possible to activate up to 5 call routes at once.

  • (E) Archived - Upon clicking (B) Call Routes, the list will default to Active call routes. Click to show only Archived call routes. 

  • Select Route - Click the (C) individual checkbox for the specific route(s) you want to archive. Note: It is only possible to activate up to 5 call routes at a time.

  • (F) Unarchived - Click to activate the selected route(s). This becomes enabled once a route(s) is selected.
