Scripts ensure a consistent sales process and that employees cover all key points in your sales process. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to remove a script card from availability in the system.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to archive a script card.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all your available administrative settings.

  • (B) Script Card Designer - Click to see a list of all your script cards and the option to remove them from the system
  • (C)Search - If the list of scripts script cards requires a lot of scrolling and you know the name, enter it here. The list will dynamically update as you type.

Archive an Active Script Card - Note: Script Card Designer opens to active script cards by default.

  • Select card the Card to archive Archive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to archive, click this (D) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and archive multiple cards at once.
  • (E)Archive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to remove the selected cards from the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.

Unarchive an Archived Script Card

  • (F) Archived - Click to access the Archived list.

  • Select card to unarchive - Once you’ve located the script card(s) you wish to unarchive, click this (G) checkbox to select it. Note: You are able to select and unarchive multiple cards at once.
  • (H)Unarchive - Once 1 or more cards are selected, this icon becomes enabled. Click to move the selected cards to the Active list and make them unavailable for use within the system.Image Removed
    • Note: Archived script cards can be returned back to Active by clicking (F) Archived and completing steps (D) & (E). When Activating a script card, (E) Archive will read Unarchive.
