Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to access all your available administrative settings.
  • (B) Variables - Click to access the full list of searchable Custom and System variables. Note: You can only add or edit Custom variables.

Add Variable

  • (C) Custom - The Variables page provides access to both Custom & System variables. Make sure that Custom is highlighted in grey, confirming you are looking at your Custom variable list.
  • (D) Variable Name - Enter your new, Custom variable name. New variable names must follow this format {custom.XXXX} with the newly created variable name replacing the XXXX. An example of a Variable name might be {custom.PhoneNumber}. This will allow the specific location phone number to appear in such places as your script and various workflows. Use this guide to learn about defining variables at your location(s).
  • (E) Default Value - Click to enter the default value. This step is optional. The default value will automatically replace the Variable everywhere it appears at each of your locations. Note: If this is left blank, you will need to enter a unique value everywhere the variable appears in each of your locations.
  • (F) Add Item - Once clicked, the newly added variable will appear in alphabetical order within the list and be available for use in the system.
