The purpose of this guide is to explain the second step in the move-in process, entering Tenant information. Tenant information includes both unit and facility information as well as their contact and additional personal or company information. Depending on the property management software your company uses, you may have slightly different information required in this step.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

Depending on which property management software your company uses, you may have slightly different tabs asking slightly different information than described here. Please check with your management team for specifics.

Tenant Information

  • (A) Gate Code - Enter the gate code. The code can be between 1-25 digits in length.
  • (B) Access Hours - Click the dropdown to adjust access hours.
  • (C) Keypads - Click the dropdown to adjust which keypads the Tenant will be able to open. Depending on how your facility is designed, you may have different options here which will provide access to those different areas.
  • (D) Tenant Info - Fields with an asterisk indicate required Tenant information.
  • (E) Alt Contact - Click to access and enter alternative Tenant contact information.
  • (F) Company - Click to enter Tenant's company contact information. This might not be applicable for your Tenant.
  • (G) More Info - Click to access and enter additional Tenant information. Note: This area will be specific to your property management software.
  • (H) Back - Click to return to the Move-In cost tabCost.
  • (I) Next - Click to proceed to the Payment tab.
