When CallPotential is open on your screen, the Alert icon will let you know how many actions require your action and what you can. do with each action. The purpose of this guide is to explain what the number badge above the icon means, how to process the actions and hide the notification.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.
New Alert
(A) Accept/Reply/Download/View Accept - Click to complete the system action. Depending on the type of action required, you will have different options. These actions may include Accept, Reply, Download, or View. Note: If there is more than 1 alert, all of the notifications will list vertically.
- (B) Hide - Click to remove the alert from your screen.

(C) Alert icon Alert - Click to show hidden alert(s). Alerts represent an action that needs to be completed such as Accept, Reply, Download, or View. The number above the icon represents the amount of alerts waiting for you. As each action is completed, the number badge will decrease accordingly.
