Leads and Customers can request their phone numbers get removed from receiving

automatic

texts from CallPotential. These requests can be initiated by Leads or Customers by replying "Stop" to inbound texts or system users at the request of a Lead or Customer

. The purpose of this guide is to explain how to view

which numbers have been excluded from receiving automatic system texts

these excluded numbers.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality. 

You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and view the exclusions list.

Access

  • (A) Settings - Click to access all your available administrative settings.
  • (B) TXT Opt Out - Click to open your Text Opt Out settings.
  • (C)View Exclusion List - Click to view the full list of excluded phone numbers organized by your location(s).


Exclusion List - Note: The Exclusion List will show only excluded numbers for the location shown (D).

  • (D) Search - Enter to search for a specific number at the selected location (D). The list will dynamically update as you enter digits.
  • (E) Filter by Location - Click the dropdown to update the list to search for a specific new location. All locations you have access to will appear. Once selecting you're selected a new location, the list will automatically update reflecting only excluded numbers for that location.

Note: Each column can be sorted. Click the column name 1 time and it will sort alphanumerically. Click the column 2 times and it will sort reverse alphanumerically. Click the column 3 times to remove all sorting and have it appear as it originally did.

  • (F) Phone Number - This lists the phone number that is excluded from calls and texts.
  • (G) Date Excluded - This indicates when the exclusion request was created.
  • (H) Location - This is the location where the Lead or Customer record associated with the phone number is located.
  • (I) Excluded By - This shows who initiated the exclusion request. Exclusion requests can be initiated by the Lead or Customer or the system user on the behalf of the Lead or Customer. Note: Exclusion requests are removed when a Lead moves in and becomes a Tenant.
