Access

  • (A) Settings icon Settings - Click to access all available administrative settings.

  • (C)View Exclusion List - Click to view the full list of excluded phone numbers organized by your locations.

Exclusion List

  • (D) Search - Enter to search for a specific number. The list will dynamically update as you enter digits.
  • (E) Filter by Locationdropdown - Click the dropdown to search for a specific location. All locations you have access to will appear in the dropdown. Once selecting a location, the list will automatically update reflecting only excluded numbers at the selected location.

Note: Each column can be sorted. Click the column name 1 time and it will sort alphanumerically. Click the column 2 times and it will sort reverse alphanumerically. Click the column 3 times to remove all sorting and have it appear as it originally did.

  • (F) Phone Number - This lists the phone number that is excluded from calls and texts.
  • (G) Date Excluded - This indicates when the exclusion request was created.
  • (H) Location - This is the location where the Lead or Customer record associated with the phone number is located.
  • (I) Excluded By - This shows who initiated the exclusion request. Exclusion requests can be initiated by the Lead or Customer or the system user on the behalf of the Lead or Customer. Note: Exclusion requests are removed when a Lead moves in and becomes a Tenant.
