This guide explains how to reactivate a cancelled Lead. These reactivated Leads are then automatically placed back into the Follow-up workflow.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Status Dropdown

- After accepting the call, the system will take you directly to the caller's Lead card.

  • (A) Status dropdown - Click the - Along the top informational ribbon in the Lead card, click the dropdown to access status optionsyour available options. Note: When a Lead is cancelled, the only option is Active. Click here to learn how to find a specific Lead card.

  • (B) Update Status  Active - Select Select Active  from from the dropdown.


Confirm & Save the New Status

  • (C) Change Lead Status - Click Confirm in the Change Lead Status window.  Confirm - Click to change the Lead's status to Active and close the popup window. Note: A note will be added to the record indicated that is has been activated.

  • (D) Save - Click to apply the status change to the Customer accountNote: Once you click Confirm, the Lead will be entered back into the Follow-up workflow.
