If a call comes in and you do not process the call (work within the system to categorize and save the call), this call will show up on your
unprocessed callUnprocessed Call list. Unprocessed calls could include calls your answered while out on the property away from your computer or even
Voicemailvoicemail messages. You will want to process all calls so they can be tracked properly.
