There are times when a scheduled
followFollow-
upUp task appears on your list and you want to delay the event until a later date. For example, if the
leadLead just called you or stopped in, it may not make sense to place a call to them. In this instance, you can choose to delay the task. Please note that you should always adhere to your company's policies regarding delaying
followFollow-
upUp events. They have built a specific
followFollow-
upUp schedule and variating from this schedule should always be considered very carefully. If the Delay button is not displayed in your Lead Card, your management team has disabled this feature and you will be unable to delay the task.
