This report summarizes the performance of your ads in a given date range providing insight into which ones are effectively impacting your sales.

Italicized terms represent clickable icons on the specific screen being discussed.

Terms in blue are links to additional information about the described functionality.

Report date ranges that include current or future dates will have incomplete data due to when reports are refreshed. We strongly recommend selecting a date range that only includes past dates when selecting a date range.


Ad Performance - Calls

  • (A) Ad Source & Location - These columns lay out each Ad Source and the Location they exist. This allows you to view each Location by their individual Ad Source and add up all the Locations to determine the total for the given Ad Source.
  • (B) All - The number of calls that came in on a particular Ad Source, including multiple calls from the same caller.
  • (C) Lead - The number of calls that are marked as a Lead and have come from a particular Ad Source.


Ad Performance - Leads

  • (D) Ad Source & Location - These columns lay out each Ad Source and the Location they exist. This allows you to view each Location by their individual Ad Source and add up all the Locations to determine the total for the given Ad Source.
  • (E) Total - The total number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source.
  • (F) Active - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that are still Active, not Cancelled or Rented.
  • (G) Rented - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that have been Rented, not Cancelled or Active.
  • (H) Lost - The number of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that have been Cancelled, not Rented or Active.
  • (I) Closing(%) - The percentage of Leads generated from a given Ad Source that actually Rented.
