  • (A) Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • (B)Location - The location where the employee works.

  • (C) Lead - The number of inbound calls that were marked as a Lead.

  • (D)Customer - The number of inbound calls that were marked as a Customer.


Leads by Employee

  • (E) Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • (F)Location - The location where the employee works.

  • (G) Created - The number of Leads created.

  • (H)Removed - The number of Leads that have been removed or cancelled.


Follow-ups Completed

  • (I) Employee - The employee whose usage is being referenced.

  • (J)Location - The location where the employee works.

  • (K) Via Call - The number of Follow-up calls.
