You must be signed into the Web Client as an Administrator to access the Settings icon and acquire a new tracking number.

Access

  • (A) Settings icon - Click to access all available administrative settings.

  • (B) Phone Numbers - Click to access the full list of editable tracking numbers.

  • (C)New Tracking Number - Click to acquire a new tracking number. 


Choose Location - Note: Each step must be completed before you can advance to the next step.

  • (D) Choose Location dropdown - Click to select where the number tracks to.
  • (E)Next - Click to proceed to Choose Ad.


Choose Ad

  • (F) Choose Ad dropdown - Click to select the ad source the number is associated. When selecting Create a New Ad from the Choose Ad dropdown, upon clicking Next, the system will provide you an opportunity to create a new ad. Click <<here>> for  for more information on creating a new ad.
  • (G) Back - Click to return to Choose Location.
  • (H)Next - Click to proceed to Choose Number.


Choose Number

  • (I) Number Type dropdown - Click to select the type of number you want to create; options include Local, Toll Free & Virtual.
  • (J) Country dropdown - Click and select either USA or Canada.
  • (K) Area Code (optional) - Enter the area code you want associated with the number.
  • (L) Vanity Word (optional) - Enter a specific alphanumeric text desired for the number.
  • (M) Search - After filling all desired fields, click to see (N) available options. Note: You must select which number you want from the list to continue.
  • (O) Back - Click to return to Choose Ad.
  • (P) Next - Click to proceed to Setup Number.


Setup Number

  • (Q) Call Routing Rule dropdown - Select the call route you want the caller to follow when calling this tracking line. You may leave as location default to use default location routing.
  • (R) Script Cards dropdown - Select the script card you want to be displayed when someone calls this tracking line. You may leave as location default to use default location script.
  • (S) Record Inbound Calls checkbox - Click to record inbound calls.
  • (T) Exclude Number checkbox - Click to exclude the number from being used in outbound calls’ caller ID.
  • (U) Webhook - If using a webhook, paste the link from Google Analytics.
  • (V) Back - Click to return to Choose Number.
  • (W) Next - Click to proceed to Confirm.


Confirm

  • (X) Back - Click to return to Setup Number.
  • (Y) Save - Click to save your updates.
