(C) Greeting Type dropdown | Click to select the text that is read or the Mp3 that plays as the automated greeting. If selecting Text, enter the message in the window. if selecting Mp3There are 2 greeting type options available from the dropdown, Text and Audio. If you select Text, you will need to enter what will be played as the automated greeting in the text window below. If you select Audio, the text window will be replaced with a button an Upload button which you can use to upload the your Mp3 file. |
(D) Record Outgoing Calls toggle | Toggle on to record outbound calls. Enter text that will be played informing that the call is being recorded. |
(E) Record Payment Calls toggle | Toggle on to record calls categorized as payments. |
(F) Hide Primary Phone When Performing Follow Up Calls toggle | Toggle to hide the primary number listed on the Lead card requiring a call be completed through CallPotential. |
(G) Convert Inbound Text to Email toggle | Emails to the location all text messages sent to a tracking number. |
(H) Email Address (For Forward Text) | If Convert Inbound Text to Email is activated, click to enter the intended recipient email. |
(I) Bypass “Press 1” to be Connected toggle | Toggle to not require the user to Press 1 to be connected for outbound calls. |
(J) Default Call Route | Displays the call route the location is currently on. |
(K) Override Tracking Number dropdown | The tracking number used for outbound Lead calls (selecting dynamic will use the phone number the Lead originally called in on). |
