Access - Begin by opening the customer card where you would like to add a note

  • (A) Unit - From within the Customer card, If the tenant has multiple units in their account, you will first need to select the unit for which a note will be applied.  Notes are unit-specific. For Customers renting with only 1 unit, no selection is required.


Create Notes

  • (B) Notes window - Click to remove the placeholder text and begin entering your custom note. 

  • (C) Quick Responses dropdown - Click to access a list of pre-populated note templates that have been created by your management team.

  • (D) Mark as Collection Note checkbox - Depending on your management settings, you may have this option.  Click the checkbox to label the note as collection-related.

  • (E) Add - Click to add the newly created note to the Customer’s unitrecord.


Save Update

  • (F) Save - When finished, click to save all updates to the Customer card.
